Radiohead have been teased for a 2027 appearance at Tokyo’s Summer Sonic festival. A video has surfaced online from this year’s iteration of the festival, where Radiohead concert footage was shown on a large screen before concluding with the message, “TOKYO 2027.”
After returning to the stage for the first time in seven years on a tour of the UK and Europe in late 2025, guitarist Ed O’Brien said Radiohead were looking to play 20 shows each year on a different continent beginning in 2027.
In the same interview, he confirmed Radiohead have no plans for 2026 outside of solo work.
