Hello Kitty and her Sanrio friends are stepping into holiday gifting with a new limited-edition collaboration that pairs familiar character artwork with accessories designed for everyday use. The collection brings together Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll, Pompompurin, and My Melody in original designs created with Sanrio. It is aimed at kids and tweens, but collectors and longtime fans have reasons to take a closer look, too.
The drop launches at aloha-collection.com on Thursday, October 29, at 11 a.m. Pacific Time, with prices across the collection ranging from $22 to $92. Two standouts have different appeal: a surprise bag-charm box built around collecting and trading, and a reversible tote featuring Hello Kitty’s face. Both are limited-edition items, and there are no immediate plans to restock them.
Hello Kitty’s Mystery Tiny Tripper Box Is A First for Aloha Collection
At $22, the Mystery Tiny Tripper Box marks Aloha Collection’s first-ever blind box, making it the Hello Kitty launch’s most collectible-focused pick. Every box contains one Tiny Tripper bag charm, but buyers will not know which design they have until opening it. There are six possible designs, turning each purchase into a small surprise rather than a straightforward character selection.
The lineup includes the possibility of finding a super-rare Metallic Rosey Hello Kitty Face. That chase design gives collectors a specific version to look out for, while the other character-inspired options make the charms suitable for fans of the wider Sanrio group. Because each box contains just one surprise charm, anyone hoping to complete the set may be tempted to compare duplicates or trade with friends.
The compact format also makes the $22 box an easy stocking-stuffer candidate for a Sanrio fan who likes collecting small accessories. It is equally suited to gift exchanges where the surprise is part of the fun. Still, blind-box buyers should keep in mind that a particular design is not guaranteed, including the rare Metallic Rosey Hello Kitty Face. With no immediate restock planned, launch-day availability may be especially relevant to collectors.
Hello Kitty’s Reversible Tote Is Adorably Functional
For fans who want a more substantial accessory, the Hello Kitty Face Reversible Tote is priced at $58. It features Hello Kitty’s face in Rosey and is intended to work beyond a single setting. Instead of being only a character-themed display piece, the tote is made to shift between different everyday uses.
The reversible construction is the key feature: the bag can switch from a beach bag to an everyday carry option. That flexibility gives the design a practical angle for people who want their fandom accessories to do more than look cute. It also makes the tote a possible gift for an older Sanrio fan or someone who prefers a useful bag over a collectible charm.
The tote sits within a broader limited-edition drop whose products range from $22 to $92, so it is one of the higher-priced featured pieces rather than the collection’s entry point. Its $58 price is more than double the blind box, but the tote offers a larger accessory intended for repeated use. Anyone interested should check aloha-collection.com when the Hello Kitty collection goes live on October 29 at 11 a.m. PT.
