President of Argentina Javier Milei, dubbed the ‘Argentine Trump‘ presented Elon Musk with a DOGE chainsaw on stage at CPAC on Thursday, to wild cheers from the conservative gathering in National Harbor, Maryland. Musk said, “This is the chainsaw for bureaucracy!”
Musk is heading up President Trump’s DOGE agency’s (Department of Government Efficiency) effort to slash government bureaucracy and inefficiency, modernize technology and find and expose waste, fraud and abuse.
Milei is famous for campaigning for the presidency in 2023 with a chainsaw to demonstrate how he would slash the bloated, inefficient government of Argentina and bring down sky high inflation. (Promises he has kept.)
