Billie Eilish’s Anti-Scalping Measures for the “Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour”

To protect fans from scalpers and ensure tickets remain at face value, Billie Eilish is utilizing Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange for all U.S. and Canada shows. This system allows fans who purchase tickets and cannot attend a show to resell them to other fans at the original price paid. To further protect against scalping, all tickets will be mobile-only and non-transferable (except in New York where resale cannot legally be restricted).

What to Expect at Billie Eilish’s “Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour”

The “Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour” has received rave reviews from critics and fans alike. Concertgoers can expect to hear tracks from Eilish’s critically acclaimed third studio album Hit Me Hard and Soft, which was released in May 2024, along with fan favorites from her previous work. The Grammy-nominated hit “Birds of a Feather” has become a standout moment in the show, now the most streamed song on Spotify by a female artist in the last decade.

Eilish’s performances showcase her versatility as a musician, with her playing multiple instruments throughout the show including piano, acoustic guitar, and electric guitar alongside her brother and collaborator, FINNEAS. The production features innovative staging, stunning visuals, and the intimate connection with the audience that has become a hallmark of her live shows.

The “Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour” features numerous sustainability efforts, continuing Eilish’s long-standing partnership with environmental nonprofit REVERB. These initiatives include:

  • A portion of ticket proceeds from North American shows going to REVERB and other organizations addressing food insecurity and climate crisis
  • Reduction of greenhouse gas pollution

  • Free water refill stations at every venue (bring an empty reusable water bottle or donate to receive a custom RockNRefill Nalgene bottle)
