A Porsche 911 by itself is a fine luxury sports car, but when covered in Musou Black paint, it becomes ultra stealthy. Japan-based Pit One Customs decided to do just that and see what the vehicle would look like. Just for comparison, standard black acrylic paints absorbs up to 94-98% of visible light, while Musou Black can absorb up to 99.4% of visible light.
Pit One Customs started with a gloss-black Porsche 911 and after lots of Musou Black paint, it became a stealthy vehicle that will definitely make you look twice on the street. Does this paint look familiar? If so, that’s because Vantablack is quite similar, yet it absorbs even more visible light, or up to 99.96%. However, Vantablack paint is only available to aerospace and defense companies. Then there’s the whitest paint yet created by Purdue University researchers.
