Kansas has made history as the first state in the union to pass a bill that legally defines a ‘woman’ as some who, shockingly, is actually a biological female.
Earth shattering revelation, right?
This was done out of necessity as to stop people pretending to be women or vice a versa from single-sex areas such as bathrooms and changing rooms.
The law, which is titled the Women’s Bill of Rights, was passed by legislators this week and automatically was met with the outcry of tears and outrage by Democrats who called it “equally offensive” to trans and cisgender women.
For the record for people who live in the real world— ‘cisgender’ is a made up word for people who know what their sex is.
In an interview with The Washington Times, Senator Erickson, who championed this bill, stated “What this does is simply codify in the law the definition of sex.
“It simply says that in existing statute or law, where there is a definition of sex, it means biological male and female as determined at birth. That’s factual, it’s very objective.”
Yep! I was able to respond to her incredibly false claim of Thomas ever being ranked 6th nationally. This was in Kansas in regard to SB180, Women’s Bill of Rights which just codifies “woman” in legislature (preexisting and to come) to mean your biological sex (XX) pic.twitter.com/y06vavapYU

What is a Woman?
The Women’s Bill of Rights states that a woman is someone “whose biological reproductive system is developed to produce ova’ while ‘male’ refers to anyone whose reproductive system ‘is developed to fertilize the ova of a female.”
This bill will largely protect the safety of women as well as the integrity of women’s sports, which have been the center stage for many of the transgender debates as men who claim to live as women have been decimating them in sports specifically meant for female athletes.
While mainstream media and entertainment outlets paint the picture that it is socially acceptable for men to take scholarships, awards, and winnings from female athletes, by and large the data shows that this isn’t true.
According to Bounding Into Sports:
A recent poll conducted by the Washington Post and the University of Maryland reveals that 58% of Americans are opposed to transgender athletes competing in women’s sports at the college level and only 28% are in support. Additionally, 68% of responders said that transgender girls would have a competitive advantage over other girls…
The poll was conducted online between May 4-17, 2022, in a random national sample of 1,503 adults. It also reveals that 58% of Americans are opposed to transgender athletes competing with girls at the professional level, 55% oppose at the high school level, and 49% at the youth sports level. This poll comes on the heels of Louisiana passing a law last week that bans transgender athletes from competing in girl’s sports in college and high school. Louisiana is the 18th state to pass such legislation.
Outside of the world of sports, this will also stop transgender men and women from making significant changes to their birth certificates and driver’s licenses in order to bypass any imposed restrictions.

Democrats Ditched Real Women
Director of the Independent Women’s Law Center Jennifer Braceras has also spoken out in support of the bill.
“It codifies the current constitutional jurisprudence and the intermediate scrutiny standard that we’ve all come to rely on to protect women’s rights,” she said.
“But also recognize that there are certain situations in which men and women can be separated without violating the constitution” which include “Bathrooms, prisons, sports, domestic-violence shelters, etc.”
Senators voted 26-10 to approve this bill, and by the numbers you can clearly see that not a single Democrat voted to defend the rights and natural identity of real women. While the passing of this in the Senate chamber may make supporters want to pop the champagne, this may not be the time to do so.
This bill will still have to be sent to Governor Laura Kelly, a Democrat who has already vetoed two previous versions of this bill.
It’s genuinely sad that we, the most educated and privileged civilization in human history, with all our discoveries and modern advancements, will not defend basic truths that regardless of religion, politics, or personal opinion, that in a state of nature no human can transcend gender.
Men are men, women are women, water is wet, gravity exists. These used to be basic truths, but now we are willingly denying them to be accepted by individuals who want to remake reality in their own, distorted image.
It was just last year that then-Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, when going before her Supreme Court nominating process in the US Senate, could not define what a ‘woman’ is.
Justice Jackson is a objectively an intelligent woman; she did not actually not know what a woman was, she just lied because it’s what the radical base of today’s Democratic Party wanted her to say.
What other truths are we willing to deny today just to get what we want?
