The Biden regime is going to punish the Border Patrol agents involved in the “whipping” incident with the Haitian illegals entering the US two months after these same agents were cleared of wrongdoing.
The anti-American Marxists never forgive or forget.
Per federal source, this announcement is expected to come down any day now. It’s unclear what “administrative violations” the BP agents will be accused of, but they are not being accused of any criminal conduct. The horseback unit involved is based out of Carrizo Springs, TX.

Back in April, it was reported that the border agents who were accused of ‘whipping’ Haitian migrants last year have been completely cleared of all charges.
At the time of the incident back in September 2021, Democrats and leftists in the media spread the fake claims in order to distract from the unfolding crisis on the border.
But now these Border Patrol agents will be punished for the alleged words they used when they were blocking the illegal aliens from entering the US.
The Washington Examiner reported:
The Border Patrol is preparing to discipline agents whom Biden administration officials accused of “whipping” Haitian migrants while on horseback in Del Rio, Texas, last September, the Washington Examiner has learned.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the federal agency that investigated the incident, will accuse the horse patrol agents of “administrative violations,” according to a senior agency official who confirmed an earlier report from Fox News.
CBP initiated an investigation after images of the altercation were seized on by Democrats and provoked national outrage. The migrants were attempting to cross the border illegally.
The Department of Homeland Security’s Office of the Inspector General declined to investigate, indicating that it had not found any criminal actions were taken by the agents, kicking it back down to CBP investigators. Nearly nine months later, CBP has yet to release the results of its in-house investigation, and the employees involved remain on desk duty.
