How 3 (Very Chic) Guests Got Ready for Gwyneth’s Holiday Party
To toast G. Label by goop, Gwyneth hosted a holiday fete in the lofty barn of her LA home. The party, orchestrated by event designer Mimi Brown, felt festive and warm, thanks in large part to the flickering candles scattered about the space and the gorgeous blush-and-burgundy florals by Kelly Jean Ross. Decked out in timeless G. Label looks, guests clinked glasses of bubbly from Champagne Lallier while snacking on ROE Caviar and cheese boards by Annie Campbell.
Given the guest list, we couldn’t resist playing fashion correspondent—ahead, creative director and fashion influencer Jen Azoulay; happiness researcher Deepika Chopra, PsyD; and fashion blogger Stephanie Liu Hjelmeseth break down their party looks for us.

“I love mixing colors and contrasting fabrics, and the navy wool sweater and cape styled with purple silk pants was the perfect match for me. For a cocktail event, I usually go for a clutch with my essentials only, and I just loved how the purple patent leather paired with this outfit. Completed my look with simple holiday makeup, focusing on the eyes with a shimmery shadow, mascara, and a touch of hydrating lip balm.”

“Tonight was very texture-driven for me. I chose to wear a G. Label knit from last year, a teeny-tiny black velvet bustier top for a bit of sexiness amid the pretty covered-up look, a new G. Label black leather skirt, and a super plush faux-fur jacket with some sheer socks and edgy boots. It was comfortable, warm, a bit edgy—and it totally screamed holiday party look.”

“As soon as I saw the Bloomer Cable-Knit Poncho from G. Label, I was obsessed. I love the beautiful knit pattern, the seasonal coziness, and the drama in its length and volume. It’s spectacular—a showstopping piece. I wanted it to speak for itself, so I styled it minimally with these soft ivory pants that could double as pajamas and added some statement gold-and-pearl earrings that gave the whole look a nice jewel accent. I also had to do a red lip for the holidays!”
