Nothing too difficult for the June 17th Wordle word, but for those who need help, here are the daily hints, and full answer, to today’s Wordle.
June 17th has another Wordle word ready for players to attempt, and today’s word shouldn’t cause too much trouble. Most Wordle puzzles really boil down to how common a word is used in normal conversation. Oftentimes, the less familiar a word is, the harder it is to solve. This does seem to create a contradiction in the ways of solving a daily Wordle though since no matter what methods players may use, it really only depends on how well the player knows the actual word.
Some players prefer a more difficult puzzle for the day, and for those people, Wordle does provide a Hard Mode that can be activated through the options menu in the top-right of the screen. This mode simply locks in letters that have been proven either correct or incorrect in previous guesses. Hard Mode is a great way to lower the overall average guesses in Wordle since it refuses to allow players to waste a guess on an answer that is sure to be incorrect. There are also harder copycat games like Quordle which challenges players to do four separate Wordle puzzles at the same time.

Today’s Wordle Answer (June 17th #363)
The June 17th Wordle answer is BLOWN.
Blown is certainly a fairly common word,m and we didn’t have too much trouble solving today’s puzzle. For our starting Wordle word we used IRATE. This gave us quite a scare since not a single letter was correct, this has happened before though and we have a backup second word just for these cases. IRATE contains three of the five major vowels, so whenever this happens we always use POUND as the second guess, this covers the other two vowels and helps gather more clues. We only got an incorrectly placed ‘O’ and ‘N’ with our second guess. Since so many common letters were already proven to be incorrect, it wasn’t too much trouble working out our third guess, and lucky for us it was the correct answer, BLOWN. Another Wordle in the books and a pretty decent luck streak stays intact.
