Fortnite’s new season begins and brings a brand new highly customizable skin that can be interchanged by collecting Tover Tokens across the map.
The new season of Fortnite is underway, and with it, comes brand new additions to the cosmetic scene. This season’s highly customizable skin is the “Snap” skin. The Snap skin can be unlocked for nine battle stars, and that will unlock the ability to collect Tover Tokens.
Fortnite’s Tover Tokens appear in various points of interest across the map once the quest is activated. With 39 discovered so far, these tokens add an additional 13 pieces to the Snap skin that can be interchanged. There are six heads and arms, but only one pair of legs outside the default right now.
It should be noted that once the Fortnite quest is activated, the tokens will appear on the mini-map when players get close to them. Each location has three separate tokens that the player will have to get in order for that quest to be officially completed.
All Tover Token Locations in Fortnite
Fortnite starts players will begin with the default skeleton head, but the following locations have the tokens that will get players unique heads.
- Condo Canyon – Raw Power (Head)
- Lil’ Shaftie – Poptop (Head)
- Rave Cave – Pimento (Head)
- The Ruins – Sgt. Brush (Head)
- Sanctuary – Techa-Snap (Head)
- Shift Shafts – Mato (Head)
The next group of customizable pieces are the arms. They can be found in these locations:
- The Joneses – Mechabasher (Arms)
- Logjam Lumberyard – Skelly (Arms)
- Reality Falls – Classic Red (Arms)
- Rocky Reels – Tenta-Classic (Arms)
- Seven Outpost VII – Utility (Arms)
- Sleepy Sounds – Trashblaster (Arms)
Finally, there is only a single pair of legs currently, and it can be found by collecting the 3 tokens at Greasy Grove and the player will receive Camo Legs.
Although the tokens are on the map for players to see, they can be a little tricky to actually find. For example, the tokens in Rave Cave are on the roller coaster, so players will want to hop in the Baller and follow Fortnite‘s new roller coaster to claim them. Players should make sure to explore above and below to find the tokens. It also seems that more Snap pieces may be added in the future or that there are even pieces that have not been discovered yet. In that case, it would require players to find even more Tover Tokens to claim the new pieces. However, they do seem to have a trend of only appearing in the Points of Interest on the map.
Fortnite players can hop in with their friends across all platforms to track down the Tover Tokens and complete their Snap action figure. Since the quest is still fresh, it is likely those locations will be populated with other players trying to complete the challenge. Players should make sure to clear out the area before letting their guard down to hunt for Tokens.
Fortnite is available on all platforms.
