In what is sure to be a closely watched trip, President Joe Biden is scheduled to travel to the Middle East in July. One of the stops on the trip will be in Saudi Arabia.
On the campaign trail, a tough-talking Biden claimed he would make the Islamic nation a “pariah.”
Now, with unprecedented gas and energy crises, that has changed.
Biden’s trip is described by the Saudis as a mission to tackle “areas of bilateral cooperation as well as joint efforts to address regional and global challenges.”
Joe Biden laid off 11,000 Keystone XL pipeline workers just to beg Saudi Arabia for oil.

Biden On The Campaign Trail
The Middle East trip, which will also no doubt discuss oil sales to the U.S., puts Joe Biden in a rather curious position.
On the campaign trail in 2019, then-candidate Biden replied to a Democrat debate question from NBC’s Andrea Mitchell, who asked,
“Mr. Vice President, the CIA has concluded, that the leader of Saudi Arabia directed the murder of U.S. based journalist Jamal Khashoggi. The State Department also says the Saudi government is responsible for executing nonviolent offenders and for torture. President Trump has not punished senior Saudi leaders. Would you?”

Joe Biden’s response:
“Yes, and I said it at the time. Khashoggi was, in fact, murdered and dismembered, and I believe on the order of the crown prince. And I would make it very clear we were not going to, in fact, sell more weapons to them, we were going to, in fact, make them pay the price and make them, in fact, the pariah that they are. There’s very little social redeeming value of the — in the present government in Saudi Arabia.”
It appears that now President Biden will now go beg that same would-be “pariah” for oil.
Joe Biden killed American energy production and called Saudi Arabia a pariah, then goes there to beg for more oil.
Just more evidence Biden doesn’t give a damn about making America energy independent again.

Issued Executive Orders To Gut Oil And Gas Industry
Begging the Middle East for oil must have been the plan for Joe Biden all along because he began to gut the oil and gas industry on his first day in office. On day one, he not only re-entered the U.S. in the Paris Climate Accords, but at home cancelled the permit for continuing construction on the Keystone XL pipeline.
There was also an order to the Interior Department, halting all new oil and natural gas leases on public lands. In addition, he ordered a review of existing fossil fuel development permits.
So Biden’s solution is to beg Saudi Arabia and Venezuela for oil, instead of creating policies to drill in USA. That should tell you EVERYTHING you need to know

War Is Hell
As Joe Biden heads to Saudi Arabia, an interesting thing is taking place. From the beginning of its invasion of Ukraine, and up to 100 days beyond, the Washington Post reports that Russia has made roughly $97 billion from oil exports.
Put another way, Russia has earned record revenue from oil. This is after Biden’s sanctions on the country, and amid his attempt to blame Russia for gas prices, labeling them “Putin’s price hike.”
Russia’s biggest customer is China, purchasing more than $13 billion worth of oil in that time period. Germany purchase around $12.6 billion. The largest purchaser of liquified natural gas was France.
Gas prices are breaking records daily. But we might not hear about those daily record breakers while Joe Biden is busy begging the Saudis for oil.
Joe Biden will visit Saudi Arabia this week to discuss oil prices.
He will return with a camel.
